Every child deserves the chance to experience the joys of childhood, to play and discover in a safe and stimulating environment. And yet, children experiencing homelessness often don’t have the space or support to experience what so many others take for granted. They don’t have the same opportunity simply to be carefree kids.

Family Promise Metrowest’s mission is to transform the lives of families with children who are facing homelessness through shelter, education, and comprehensive support. Serving low- and moderate-income families that have at least one child under the age of 18, Family Promise offers safe housing, meals, and case management for families that are currently homeless.

The Rachel Davidson Bright Space for Children will be a unique hub within the shelter where children can explore, families can bond, and agency staff can provide programming and services to families in need. The space will be a warm, welcoming environment where kids can relax and heal from trauma through play. Please consider making a donation through the form below.

Funds will support the Rachel Davidson Bright Space for Children, a project of the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children®, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on brightening the lives of children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness and other crises.  The Foundation creates and supports Bright Spaces®: warm, safe, enriching spaces in homeless shelters and other agencies for children and youth to build caring relationships, heal from trauma through play, and experience the joy of childhood.
